Why Volunteer?
1. Be part of the solution. Join people working to make a safe and more humane life for all living creatures. Help make the jobs of everyone working for animals a little easier by helping and spreading the message of responsible pet ownership and animal protection.

2. Get the warmest feeling ever! You'll never find a more grateful and accepting friend than an animal you've comforted after they have been through abuse and/or neglect. They need to know someone cares.

3. Keep good company. You'll make lots of new friends, four-legged and two. Working side by side with people who share similar interests can bring about lifelong friendships.

4. Discover a new you. You'll discover skills you never knew you had. You may be surprised at what you're capable of achieving.

The rescue is always in need of monitary donations and supplies such as food for the animals, toys, blankets, puppy pads, kennels, and many other supplies. Contact Wendy's misfits and ask what may be needed and how to drop off your donation. Donations are always welcome.
